airiti press提供會員7天的商品鑑賞期，若要辦理退換貨，請務必在收到商品後的7日內，將商品連同發票（註明辦理換貨或退款、詳細說明狀況及簽名）寄回airiti press，我們將於收到商品後立即為您辦理退／換貨。提醒您：

除了瑕疵商品，會員退回的書籍必須是全新狀態（非全新狀態包括但不限於已被會員簽名、註記、折角…等）與完整包裝（商品、附件、內外包裝、隨貨文件、贈品等），否則恕不接受退貨。

2.

若因個人因素辦理退貨，郵資部分需由會員自行負擔。

3.

若欲退貨的商品，是參加任選活動而成套出售的促銷商品，不可單品退貨，需將整套商品一起退回。

4.

如遇退換商品為網上優惠活動時購買，恕無法退回、亦不找零或退換現金。

5.

會員訂購後若大量退換貨，由於會造成本公司作業困擾，airiti press可視情況採取拒絕交易或永久取消其會員資格辦理。

You may return new, undamaged items sold and fulfilled by Airiti Press Inc, within 7 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with receipt or invoice. We'll provide the refund or exchange as soon as possible. However, Airiti Press Inc. does not accept returns of the following items:

1.

Any item that has obvious signs of use

2.

Any item not returned in the condition it was received

3.

Any single item in a package or sold as a package.
